Beautifully detailed backdrops and a slick intro set the scene for this moody side scrolling scrapper that oozes atmosphere. But the levels are also well planned out and its more that just a button basher with quick reflexes required to negotiate the platforms and hazards in order to get to the bruising encounters with the bad boy bosses: sometimes even a key is required to be located to progress. The volcano level riding on the lava platforms is a memorable experience that will have your palms sweating and give that prickly arm pit syndrome.
