Zero Wing
Conversion of the horizontally scrolling Toaplan arcade blaster that was also released for the Mega Drive, although this is the superior version. (Even lacking the loose English language translation.) Aurally pleasing, as you'd expect from a Toaplan title. Naxat soft have done an all round sterling job of the conversion adding in well timed anime cut scenes to allow you to wipe the sweat from your palms. One unique feature is the tractor beam that allows you to suck up enemy vessels into your ship to fire them out again or use them as a shield.
