Taking its inspiration from the fine PC Engine and Mega Drive prequels, Ultimate Tiger 2 is a real treat for shooter heads with the original arcade Tate mode for full on vertical shmup action as the coin op intended. For those worried about the internal guns in a TV when resting it on its side there is also the Saturn mode which fits the vertical mode onto an upright TV. There is also a snazzy Arrange mode with a swish introduction, cut sequences and brush up aurally and graphically. A fine blaster even on the Saturn with such tough nut competiton. Also known as Kyukyoku Tiger 2 Plus.
