Game with Mission Stick compatible with the likes of Wing Arms, Soviet Strike, Black Fire and of course Space Harrier. The Mission Stick brings the flight of fancy to such airbourne titles and really adds the extra dimension to the gameplay. If you thought Desert Strike got a bit hairy with a joypad, try using the Mission Stick to finish Soviet Strike. Sega once more shows its supreme love of its fan base in making this stick switchable between left and right sides. Bravo! Also has a turbo fire feature and thumb throttle. As for the game supplied, flying into the screen in a 3D effect, Sega's Super Scaler techinique was quite a jaw dropper in its day. Requires fast reflexes to shoot or avoid the incoming obstacles - ideal for a quick pick up and play. Produced by Out Run, Virtua Fighter and Shenmue developer Yu Suzuki. Sadly there were no Master System 3D glasses available for this title, but that saves on the headaches. If only the same could be said for the optional reverse controls.
Second hand. Special slip case over the Mission Stick box showing the Space Harrier title. Mission stick in bags. Stick comes with registration card and leaflet sealed with attachment pins for Mission Stick. Outer slip is sun faded on one side and the Mission Stick box is faded on both side flaps with a small dent on one flap. Game comes with registration card and pamphlets: one saying slight character blurring may occur when using Space Harrier with the Mission Stick, but not to worry.
