Pulirula Arcade Gears (New)

Appearing like a European style Miyazaki anime set in Trumpton with shaded in pastal colours in a graphical style similar to Plok, this is an excellent action title in which you bash enemies that then revert back to their original animal or human form. The ice level reflections are wonderfully realised and the ice skating punk flamingoes give you a warning as to the surreal characters lying ahead on level three with its flame haired No theatre boss. Full of nice touches such as the smart bomb which can unleash an animal stampede. A real gem worthy of further investigation.
