Returns for Phantom Brave (Standard Edition) are as follows:-
We will offer a refund or exchange on any unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 14 days of dispatch. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with any labels etc still intact.
We will re-imburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only. Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery. We will make the refund to the original credit / debit card, or to your Paypal account, as soon as the return has been received.
If you wish to return any items to GenkiVideoGames.com please email us at Returns@GenkiVideoGames.com. Wrap your item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.
Send your package back to our returns address, which we will give to you once we have received your email.
