Conversion of the coin guzzling arcade shooter that really sets apart the men and the boys even amongst twitching shooter veterans. Arika's first conversion emphasised the fan boys-esque dedication the company has to dedicatedly producing a fine home version arcade shmup. Including a boss-only mode, replays and perfect play DVD along with the arcade mode. Remains faithful to the chain sequencing gameplay of the series. A tactical dilemma is added in being able to choose an extra weapon at the cost of only being able to hold a single bomb. And the colourful pyrotechnics of letting rip with the laser are mightily impressive.
