Second hand. Comes with registration card. Slight manual cover impressions. Disk has been lightly polished. Comes with a creased Dream Points sheet. Please note: this game comes in a larger size CD case and its door/tray/and reverse are damaged. If you require a donor case in the correct size, please order a (New) copy of one of the following Saturn games: Pro Baseball Greatest Nine, Lets Make a Baseball Team or Lets Make J League Club 2.
