All is not as it should be in Raccoon City as the story expands on from part two in the series. Commendable cut scenes including a bit of an extra bombshell from Wesker. Reminiscent of the original Resident Evil's beautifully staged frights. This 'Complete' version has a new introduction plus lots of extra cut scenes.
