When you order we require you to give your name and
delivery address so that we can send your order out
to you. We also require an email address so that you
can receive confirmation a payment has been made and
confirmation of dispatch. Providing an email address
also allows us to contact you if necessary regarding
your order. If we haven't heard from you via email
after a couple of days we will telephone you (UK only.)
It is therefore very helpful if you are able to leave
a telephone number.

will ask for your name, address and e-mail address so
we can administer the contest and notify winners. We
may send you emails from GenkiVideoGames.com regarding
new hardware releases such as the Playstation 3 and
Revolution, new additions to our vast stock of games,
special offers, games in highlight promoting relatively
unknown classics, formats in focus to reveal hidden
gems of consoles as well as further features and more

The 128Bit secure server software (SSL) encrypts all
information you input before it is sent to us, and WorldPay.
GenkiVideoGames.com only receives the information necessary
to complete your order. As such we do not handle any
credit card details, accept where the details have been
supplied directly by the customer. We do not store any
credit card information.
Furthermore we follow strict security procedures in
the storage of your order information in compliance
with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 to
ensure your data is never compromised. |
