We recommend, where appropriate, packages are sent via registered
services. We specialise in unique,
one-off games and cutting edge technology therefore we prefer not to
take chances when it comes to delivery to maintain our high standards of service from site to door. All UK packages will
therefore require a signature on delivery. Should this be

UK Standard delivery is using Royal Mail Signed For service. Packages travel in the usual mail service, but require a signature on delivery. Insurance is unfortunately no longer offered to us by Royal Mail as a business customer (even though we have the parcels scanned in at the Post Office on dispatch). There is a tracking facility, though it is a little limited to dispatch and delivery.
Our UK Special Delivery is via Royal
Mail Special Delivery which is a premium service starting
at just £7.20. Guaranteed for next working day delivery
before 1pm to the vast majority UK addresses. Packages are
fully tracable online. Also included is basic insurance
up to £500. A signature is also required on delivery.
International (Europe & Rest of World) standard sized packages can be sent via Royal Mail Small Packet service, but unfortunately cannot be tracked.
A traceable option for Europe and ROW customers packages is to use Royal
Mail Airsure (where available) and Royal
Mail International Signed For Service (where not) to
ensure speedy and safe delivery of airmail small packets
overseas. Items can be traced online and Genki will insure
the package as appropriate to the value of the order. While
times vary with destination, delivery is rapid with items
on the next available flight out of the UK and items also
receiving priority handling abroad.
Please note postage is calculated by our unique sliding
scale. There is a basic charge for one item that is calculated
according to destination. These charges are in the table
below. However extra items will not neccessarily incur extra
postal charges within the UK. The best way to calculate
the exact postage cost would be to add the items to the
shopping cart and select your destination. This is especially
true for hardware or bulky games due to the varying weights.

* 1 game on cd/dvd size = 1 unit, boxed games are usually 2 units (as a box often has to be used for packing soft boxed games). Hardware varies depending on its size and weight. Clicking onto the globe symbol next to every item will tell you what it's postage unit value is, and the cost of delivery to your country.

24 for all UK orders weighing over two kilo's.
This ensures guaranteed next working day delivery
to virtually all UK destinations, except Northern Ireland
where the default service is ParcelForce 48. Heavy
overseas orders are also sent by the EMS backed ParcelForce
via Euro
48 and International
Scheduled services. International
delivery times vary upwards of two working days
with the speedy EMS backed courier.
