Further information regarding Japanese Dreamcast Console R7 is as follows:-
Second hand. Boxed with inner packagaing and manual (seemingly unopened: the Dream Passport 3 is definitely sealed.) The box has creasing, scuffing, impressions and a dealer stamp, but is in decent shape. It also comes with joypad (light scratching on right), as well as AV (red, white and yellow) cable, modem cable and a Japanese power cord. May require a step down transformer (sold separately) depending on country of use. Console has some scratching and scuffing on the lid, but is overall in good shape. Compatible with NTSC capable televisions only. Serial 059015084647.
